- Tell us which tier you want and whether there is a good window to make the change.
- We confirm the billing effect before anything happens.
- The change is applied and your service continues on the new tier.
Before you upgrade for performance
If you are moving up because the server feels slow, tell us what you are seeing first. A surprising proportion of performance problems are configuration or plugin issues that a larger plan will not fix.
