If a co-admin needs panel access, add them as a sub-user rather than sharing your credentials. You keep control, and you can see and revoke access.
- Open the users or subusers section for the server in the panel.
- Invite them by email address.
- Grant only the permissions they actually need — console access without file deletion, for example.
- Review the list occasionally and remove people who have moved on.
Never share your client area login. It holds billing and payment information that a server co-admin has no reason to see.
