There are two places you sign in, and they do different jobs.
- Client area — invoices, services, account details and support tickets.
- Game panel — console, files, backups, schedules and startup settings for a running server.
If a login fails
- Confirm you are on the right one of the two for what you are trying to do.
- Use the password reset flow rather than retrying — repeated failures can trigger a temporary lockout.
- Check the email address you are using matches the one on the account.
- If you have two-factor authentication enabled, check your device clock is accurate; a drifted clock invalidates codes.
